QUALITY CONTROL AND IMPACT TESTING
Inserts are manufactured under strict guideline where all high pressure and high temperature components, raw materials for inserts are regulated. All batches of inserts are checked for the following (Each batch products, we sample 10% to make wear resistance test.)
  1. Dye penetration to check presence of cracks
  2. Thermal stability test
  3. Drop weight test and
  4. Impact Fatigue where inserts are subjected to impact rate of 20 hits per minute using 5 Ton machine
